Turn at the intersection of 40th and highway 53 in Clearlake. Follow Lakeshore Drive for a mile or so.  The office is on the left side of the road accross the street from Howard's Grotto Restaurant. Parking is available in our parking lot, on the street or in the Redbud State Park parking lot.

We have been serving the Clearlake area since 1987 and are happy to be able to provide service to this area. A shuttle service is available to bring surgery patients to the Sebastopol facility.
